Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst to support DHS ICE initiatives with data analytics, tasking execution, and policy reporting. This fully remote role requires the ability to work within CONUS and collaborate with senior leaders, mission teams, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of work experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience in a dynamic US government environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and communications support for diverse activities including drafting congressional responses and information requests.
• Pull data from systems such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
• Use Power BI to build data sets, dashboards, and tasking responses.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal law enforcement managers and SMEs.
• Convey complex mission-related policies and programs in clear, succinct language.
• Track progress of high-priority written tasks and reports.
