Sinclair, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Principal Data Engineer to architect Digital Remedy’s next-generation data platform. You will design blueprints for massive-scale AdTech telemetry and bridge business priorities with technical execution across global teams.

You will lead migration and optimization of the data lakehouse on Databricks, ensure 24/7 reliability, and partner with the SVP of Tech to translate roadmaps into concrete requirements. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee migration/optimization of data lakehouse on Databricks.
• Production Excellence: Ensure 24/7 reliability of mission-critical pipelines.
• Strategic Capacity Planning: Translate product roadmaps into technical requirements with multi-tasking across streams.
• Infrastructure as Code: Standardize deployments with Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs).
• Mentorship & Governance: Guide engineering teams on BigQuery and Databricks governance.
