Job summary

Hub, based in San Francisco, builds a global partner network to deliver real-world data for AI labs. We seek a results-driven Partnerships Manager to own relationships with 20–50 human-in-the-loop partners and drive capacity, deals, and market signals.

You’ll run a weekly cadence with partners, activate capacity quickly, and pass opportunities to the founders the same day, while handling contracts and pricing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, partnerships or sales at a data collection, annotation or labeling company.
• Native or fully professional English, spoken and written.
• Extroverted and great on calls; people take your call the next day.
• Relentless follow-up; nothing goes cold.
• Methodical CRM operator: if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen.
• AI native: you use agents every day for research, outreach and follow-ups.
• Big sense of ownership; your accounts and numbers are yours.

Responsibilities

• The role owner will maintain a weekly cadence with every partner: calls, WhatsApp, Slack.
• Activate capacity fast with partners ready to scale.
• Bring in deals and market signals from partners and pass them to the founders the same day.
• Handle contracts, statements of work, pricing and upsells with partners.
• Keep the CRM accurate: every partner, contact, capacity and open deal.
