Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics or data engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience building data workflows, automations, or integrations using Python/JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Own Global Partnerships data systems and pipelines
• Design scalable data infrastructure and automate processes
• Monitor data quality and rectify discrepancies across platforms
• Pilot and scale AI tools and agentic workflows
• Lead automation and operational scale to improve data accuracy and speed
• Produce visualizations and analyses for fund and investment performance
