Job summary

24-MAG LLC is offering a full-time Associate Data Partnerships Manager to identify data partnerships for AI training and evaluation, engaging senior decision-makers, and closing B2B deals.

You will prospect, run discovery conversations, negotiate terms, and manage opportunities through signed agreements while explaining data and privacy concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

This role is fully remote with a base salary range of $160,000–$250,000 per year plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close partnerships.
• Experience with AI, data, or SaaS partnerships is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify operators with valuable data for AI training and evaluation.
• Lead discovery calls and translate data concepts to business terms.
• Negotiate partnership structures and close deals.
• Coordinate data, privacy, and security considerations with partners.
• Onboard partners and ensure smooth handover to delivery.
