You will work with SQL, BI tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, and Metabase, and collaborate across engineering and analytics to optimize processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data operations, data analytics, or related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Metabase).
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure reliable data flow across systems.
• Data Quality & Validation: Implement and maintain data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and automate manual tasks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand data requirements and resolve issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain standard operating procedures, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
