Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Data Analyst to remotely support nationwide operations. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, translate business questions into analytics, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive informed decisions across the organization.

The role focuses on data modeling, SQL querying, and ensuring data quality while delivering actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions for stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field with lead analytics responsibilities.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources for reporting and decision-making.
• Strong Power BI experience including data modeling and DAX; optimize reports for performance.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, joining, and validating results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs and document details.
• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Translate business questions into practical analytics solutions to support decision-making.
• Query, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources using SQL.
• Maintain and improve dashboards and data assets to stay aligned with business needs.
• Troubleshoot report and data issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them.
• Document reports, data sources, and business rules for governance.
