Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Data Engineer / BI Developer to design, build, and optimize data architectures and BI systems. The role focuses on ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and high‑performance dashboards using Power BI or Tableau. You’ll work in an Agile environment with DBAs, developers, and analysts to deliver scalable, secure data products for strategic decision-making.

Location: Remote. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data/BI roles, strong SQL, and experience with modern BI

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, BI development, or database roles.
• 3+ years building ETL/ELT pipelines and dimensional models.
• 3+ years delivering enterprise dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries, views, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline & ETL/ELT development across structured and unstructured data.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and schemas.
• Develop dashboards and reports in BI tools, translating business needs into visuals.
• Collaborate with DBAs and analysts to ensure data quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and governance requirements.
