Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Data Migration & Supplier Sustainability Coordinator. The role collects, validates, and maintains supplier data, manages sustainability questionnaires, and supports migration data cleansing for QAD to SAP S/4HANA.

You will compute and validate data, build Excel trackers, and work with cross-functional teams. Remote-eligible, with a preference for candidates near York, PA; contract position with a typical hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with S/4 Hana.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience with SAP R/3 and data migration support.

Responsibilities

• Distribute sustainability questionnaires to suppliers and track responses.
• Follow up with suppliers to obtain completed questionnaires and documentation.
• Maintain supplier sustainability records and status reports.
• Collect, organize, and validate purchasing and master data from multiple sources.
• Extract purchasing order and master data from QAD and SAP systems.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, and validation for migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Verify data accuracy and integrity between legacy and target systems.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers and reports.
• Work independently to drive tasks to completion and communicate risks.
