Aston Carter is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Operations Specialist to support a high-impact customer account during an ERP migration project in Minneapolis, MN. You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure accurate customer data and timely updates.

The role emphasizes data management, clear communication with customers via phone and email, and executing large-scale outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, account support, customer operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, and updating large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and update customer account information to ensure data accuracy.
• Support customer account migration and ERP transition activities.
• Communicate important project updates, FAQs, and process changes to customers.
• Conduct customer outreach through phone and email communications.
• Execute and track large-scale customer communication campaigns.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure accurate customer account setup.
• Research, identify, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the migration process.
