Collins Aerospace is seeking an Enterprise Data Management professional to drive data migration and harmonization for the upcoming S/4 implementation. You will partner with BU SMEs and DT teams to map, cleanse, and validate legacy data, ensuring high-quality data for enterprise reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data governance, and ongoing data integrity in the new SAP environment. Hybrid work arrangement applies in Charlotte, NC area with strong data-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with at least 10 years in related fields.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future (US citizen or Green Card).
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and ERP data structures involved in migration.

Responsibilities

• Data cleansing and validation with BU SMEs to prepare data for migration.
• Data harmonization across business units for accurate reporting post-ERP.
• Identify and resolve data issues during extraction, cleansing and migration.
• Provide process improvement feedback on data management and governance.
• Ensure business rules are correctly translated into the new SAP S/4 system.
• Own defect resolution to meet data quality standards during migration.
• Collaborate with DT Data SMEs and Data Migration teams on requirements and mapping.
• Support ongoing data accuracy in the S/4 system post-migration.
