Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an Enterprise Data Management professional to support ERP data migration and harmonization for the upcoming S/4 deployment. You will partner with BU Data SMEs to ensure accurate data mapping, cleansing, and validation across SAP modules, driving standardized reporting and analytics.

The role emphasizes data governance, issue resolution, and collaboration with DT teams to maintain data quality in the S/4 environment. Hybrid work arrangement is available across the US.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 10 years of experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures and ERP migration processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BU Data SMEs to map, cleanse, and validate data for migration.
• Harmonize data structures for standardized enterprise reporting post-ERP implementation.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues during extraction, cleansing, and migration phases.
• Drive process improvements in data governance and system integration.
