Motorola Solutions is seeking a data migration specialist to design and maintain data conversion tools and test scripts. You will work with project teams and customers to deliver integrated migration solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and CJIS security requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, debugging, and hands-on development across C#, Python, XML, and SQL in a remote US-based setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical/software development experience.
• Experience in software development; experience (C#, XML, Python and .NET technologies).
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Strong Experience in SQL Query Design and Implementation
• Understanding of object-oriented coding and design; participate in code reviews.
• Able to troubleshoot and debug issues; support and triage issues with customer integration teams.
• Solid networking understanding.
• Ability to create project-wide quality strategy and adapt as needed.
• Ability to evaluate software quality through load/stress testing and unit/exploratory testing.
• Ability to summarize findings with reports and other artifacts.
