Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a data migration specialist to develop, maintain, and deploy data migration tools and test scripts within the Data Conversion team. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery and collaborate closely with customers to meet end-user expectations.

Role requires strong software development experience (C#, XML, Python, .NET) and SQL database design across MS SQL/Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software development with C#, XML, Python and .NET technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Strong Experience in SQL Query Design and Implementation.
• Understanding of object-oriented coding and design; participate in code reviews and feedback.
• Able to troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customer integration teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data migration and conversion tools, test scripts, and deployment timelines with the project team.
• Collaborate with customers to fulfill business objectives and end-user expectations; bridge business needs with technical delivery.
• Provide soft-skills support and customer interaction as required.
