Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a data-driven engineer to design and maintain data migration tools, test scripts, and deployment timelines. You will collaborate with customers and project teams to ensure successful data conversion and integration in a mission-critical environment.

The role requires strong programming skills (C#, XML, Python, .NET), solid SQL database design, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
• 3+ years in Systems Integration, Software Engineering, Product Development, or similar.
• Experience with C#, XML, Python and .NET technologies.
• Hands-on SQL database design with MS SQL preferred.
• Strong SQL query design and implementation.
• Knowledge of object-oriented coding and design; code reviews.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Experience with customer integration teams and onboarding.
• Solid networking understanding; communicate complex tech clearly.
• Experience with Agile software development, project management and business analysis is a plus.
