Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Chicago is seeking a Manager, Data Management to own the data foundation powering measurement and reporting for the Hilton account. You will manage multi-source data, ensure QA, and drive data integration.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytics, and ability to collaborate with measurement, analytics, and account teams. Remote candidates are welcome, with a hybrid work setup in our Chicago hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, data science or a related quantitative field.
• 4–6+ years in data engineering, data management, or analytics engineering in high-volume environments.
• Proven data QA ownership and taxonomy governance.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience integrating multi-source, multi-channel data for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality, QA processes, and taxonomy governance across Hilton dashboards.
• Transition reports to a dashboard-first environment with Power BI.
• Integrate data from paid, owned, and third-party sources into unified datasets.
• Partner with measurement, analytics, and account teams to link data to plans.
• Serve as data lead in client interactions, managing expectations.
