Job summary

Timely is seeking a Data Integrations Specialist to connect Student Information Systems (SIS) to Timely’s scheduling platform. You will own data ingestion, transformation, and exchange, and work with engineering, product, and school success teams to ensure scalable pipelines.

You will lead discovery with new SISs and collaborate with district data teams and SIS vendors to define integration pipelines for future growth. A fast-paced, remote startup environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one Student Information System (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Skyward, Aeries, Frontline, Focus, Synergy, eSchoolPlus, Alma or Aspen).
• Proven data integration experience in K-12 education, school or district data administration, data analysis, or data engineering.
• Proficiency with data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, SQL, REST APIs, and SIS import/export and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own ingestion, transformation, and exchange of data between specific school systems and the Timely application.
• Oversee accuracy, security, and scalability of customer data pipelines.
• Collaborate with customer success, SIS reps, and district IT to design and execute data integration workflows.
