Qualifications

• Hands-on SSMS experience with writing and executing SQL queries, reviewing data, and troubleshooting issues.
• Working knowledge of SSIS, EDI processes, and automated file processing workflows.
• Experience independently investigating and resolving data integration, file processing, or data transfer issues.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and follow issues through resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, quality, and reliability.
• Effective written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Own integration troubleshooting and resolution: independently diagnose and resolve data integration issues.
• Ensure reliable data processing by monitoring automated integration jobs and taking corrective action.
• Leverage SSMS, SQL queries, scripts, and SSIS to investigate issues and validate data.
• Support client and vendor data exchanges by troubleshooting inbound/outbound files.
• Manage file transfers and automation: maintain SFTP configurations and assist with automated workflows.
• Execute critical processing requests: run manual jobs, reprocess files, and handle off-cycle requests.
• Improve processes and documentation: document workflows and identify recurring issues for optimization.
• Collaborate across teams: communicate findings and escalate when needed.
