Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist lead data conversion specialists with validating data and consolidating feedback for customer communication
Develop XML code to parse data
Update and maintain standard library of SQL scripts
Document new processes and procedures
Investigate and troubleshoot basic data conversion problems during implementation
Support federated and non-federated SSO setup for ERP users
Capture meeting minutes and provide project updates to PM
Assist customer support with data problems and service requests
Develop basic SQL scripts and XML code as needed
