Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional 2 to join our fully remote team. You will create ad hoc reports and regular datasets for end-users using SQL/SAS, Power BI, and Excel, interpreting business requests to deliver actionable data insights.

Responsibilities include integrating data from multiple sources, building dashboards, data generators, and automated reports, and drafting report specifications as needed for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• 1+ years of experience in SQL, and/or SAS.
• 1+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
• In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms and formats, dashboards, data generators and canned reports.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Understand department, segment, and organizational goals and linkages.
