Maximus is seeking a remote Analyst to support a federal program in a consolidated contact center environment. You will build reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to operational leaders, deliver daily client reports, and perform ad hoc analyses of trends and data.

This fully remote role requires US citizenship and the ability to pass a security clearance. Required is a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience; familiarity with Power Platform and MicroStrategy is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• US Citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience in a call center environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
• Experience with MicroStrategy preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
