SHI is seeking a Solutions Architect, Data Governance to lead governance strategy and architecture for enterprise data estates. You will engage executive sponsors, data leaders, and delivery teams to design and implement governance programs that enable trust, visibility, and control across platforms such as Purview, Fabric, Power BI, and Azure data services.

You will guide customer engagements, develop governance operating models, and ensure sustainable processes while advancing AI governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Seven or more years of experience delivering enterprise data, information management, or data governance solutions with governance focus.
• Hands‑on implementation experience with Microsoft Purview including metadata management, business glossary, and data lineage.
• Experience establishing data stewardship programs with executive sponsorship and ownership structures.
• Leading customer‑facing consulting engagements, workshops, governance assessments, and strategy sessions.
• Knowledge of governance across Fabric, Azure, Power BI, SQL Server, Snowflake, and related platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead governance discovery workshops, maturity assessments, and roadmap engagements.
• Architect and oversee Microsoft Purview governance capabilities and data lineage initiatives.
• Design enterprise governance frameworks including stewardship models, ownership structures, and glossary standards.
• Advise clients on governance readiness for analytics and AI platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Power BI).
• Design governance monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Drive governance adoption, create accelerators and reusable assets for delivery teams.
