SHI is seeking a Solutions Architect, Data Governance to lead governance programs for enterprise data estates. You will partner with executive sponsors, data leaders, and delivery teams to design and implement governance strategies that establish trust, visibility, and accountability across complex data environments.

You will oversee Purview implementations, data lineage, metadata management, and stewardship operating models, while guiding modernization with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
• Seven or more years delivering enterprise data, information management, or data governance solutions.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Purview (Unified Catalog, Data Map, Data Estate Insights).
• Demonstrated experience establishing data stewardship programs with governance adoption.
• Experience leading customer-facing consulting engagements and executive workshops.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Azure.
• Experience with data engineering and data visualization architectures in relation to governance.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as lead SME for enterprise data governance, Purview, metadata management, taxonomy, and governance policies.
• Lead governance discovery workshops, maturity assessments, and roadmap engagements.
• Design enterprise governance frameworks including stewardship models, ownership structures, and glossary standards.
• Architect and oversee Purview implementation across platforms like Fabric, Data Services, Power BI, SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Databricks.
• Guide customers in developing sustainable governance processes and operating procedures.
• Design governance monitoring and reporting using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
