Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Solutions Architect, Data Governance to serve as the lead advisor for enterprise data governance initiatives in client engagements.

You will work with executives, data leaders, business teams, security, and delivery teams to establish governance programs with trust, visibility, and accountability across data estates. The role covers metadata management, business glossary, taxonomy design, data lineage, and Microsoft Purview implementation, shaping governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, data management, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise data governance or information management.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Purview and governance tooling.
• Experience leading customer-facing governance engagements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance strategy and architecture design for enterprise deployments.
• Oversee governance programs across client engagements, ensuring stewardship and ownership models.
• Conduct workshops, maturity assessments, and governance design sessions with executives.
• Design and implement governance monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and related tools.
• Advise on governance readiness for AI platforms like Microsoft 365 Copilot.
