SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Architect, Data Governance to serve as the lead technical advisor for enterprise governance initiatives.

You will collaborate with executives, data leaders, business teams, security, and delivery groups to design and implement governance programs that establish trust, visibility, and control across large data estates. The role focuses on structured governance, including metadata management, taxonomy design, data lineage, and governance operations.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years delivering enterprise data governance solutions.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Purview including metadata and data lineage.
• Experience leading customer‑facing workshops, architecture reviews and governance design sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance strategy and architecture.
• Oversee Purview governance capabilities including data catalog, data map and glossaries.
• Guide customers in governance readiness for analytics and AI platforms.
• Design governance frameworks, stewardship models, and ownership structures.
• Drive governance monitoring and reporting using Azure monitoring tools.
