Job summary

Darling Ingredients is seeking a Collaboration Administrator, Purview to govern and secure the Microsoft Purview suite across the enterprise. You will manage data classification, retention, and information protection while coordinating with IT and business teams to implement governance policies.

The role requires strong Purview expertise, Defender integration, and experience with Power Automate/Power Apps to automate compliance tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 3+ years of equivalent IT experience.
• 3+ years administering a Microsoft 365 environment with security or compliance policy work.
• Deep knowledge of data governance principles and Purview features.
• Expertise in Purview portal and end-to-end governance solutions.
• Experience integrating Purview with Microsoft Defender and Graph API.
• Experience automating workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements data governance and compliance solutions using the Microsoft Purview suite.
• Develops and manages data classification schemas, sensitivity labels, and retention policies.
• Configures Purview Information Protection to prevent data loss and ensure secure collaboration.
• Leads eDiscovery and audits using Purview tools to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manages the data catalog in Purview to ensure assets are cataloged and discoverable.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate governance policies into technical Purview solutions.
• Monitors compliance posture via the Purview portal and manages remediation alerts.
• Provides training on data governance best practices and Purview usage.
• Other duties as assigned.
