Job summary

America Fujikura Ltd. is seeking a Data Governance & Analytics Analyst to transform enterprise data into trusted insights that guide business decisions and improve operations. This remote role supports data governance across the enterprise from anywhere in the United States.

You will partner with data owners, stewards, and leadership to improve data quality, establish governance frameworks, and enable data-driven decision making using advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years in data analysis, governance, or related roles.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights and communicating with executives.
• Familiarity with S&OP/IBP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with senior stakeholders to define data governance priorities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute data governance initiatives.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for governance decisions.
