Job summary

Opus Inspection, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant/Data Entry specialist to support the Administrative Manager with document processing, license plate data entry, and filing.

The role is full-time at our Lorton, VA site with 40 hours/week, training of 3 weeks in-person, after which the position can be remote if in-office coverage is not required.

Applicants should have HS/GED, be proficient with MS Office, and possess reliable transportation to the office.

Qualifications

• HS/GED or equivalent
• Ability to communicate with management and contribute to a positive team environment
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to the office

Responsibilities

• View pictures of license plates and transcribe the license plate date into the company database
• Processes and archives records from the server
• Performs general administrative duties as assigned
• Performs customer service-oriented duties as assigned
