Job summary

Opus Inspection, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Customer Service/Data Entry role in the United States. You will transcribe license plate data, process and archive records, and perform administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $14.50 per hour with full benefits; in-person training is required for 2–4 weeks before the position becomes fully remote. Reliable transportation and a stable workspace are expected to support the on-site training period.

Qualifications

• HS/GED equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate with management and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• View pictures of license plates and transcribe the license plate date into the company database.
• Process and archive records from the server.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
• Perform customer service-oriented duties as assigned.
• This position is entry-level and may be promoted to a staff assistant.
