Job summary

Opus Inspection, Inc. in Virginia is seeking an entry-level records/data-entry specialist. This full-time role starts with 40 hours per week and requires 2–4 weeks of in-person training. After training, the position can be fully remote, with in-office coverage as needed.

You will transcribe license plate data, process records, and perform general administrative tasks and customer service using MS Office. HS/GED is required and reliable transportation is helpful.

Qualifications

• HS/GED or equivalent is required.
• Basic data entry and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to communicate with management and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• View pictures of license plates and transcribe dates into the database.
• Process and archive records from the server.
• Perform general administrative duties and customer service tasks.
