Job summary

The University of Utah's PBS Utah division is seeking a part-time Data Entry Specialist to support the membership operations team by processing gifts and updating constituent records in Unite (Salesforce).

The role is up to 19 hours per week, with a 3-month temporary term and a possibility to work remotely after onboarding; initial training will be on campus in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a benefitted position with a $18.50 hourly rate and access to Utah Retirement Systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with public media gift entry into Unite (Salesforce) using batch sessions.
• Experience with constituent record creation / updating with Unite (Salesforce).
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and Unite (Salesforce).
• Provide support and assistance to the PBS Utah membership team by processing gifts, and updating / creating constituent records.
• Be prompt and consistent with assignment completion.
• Follow all University of Utah charitable guidelines to ensure proper handling of donors, data integrity, and PCI Compliance.
