In this remote position, data entry clerks serve as an operational support link for residential leasing, tenant recordkeeping, and financial document tracking.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Data Processing & Encoding: Systematically entering, updating, and verifying residential property data, client files, and lease records into database systems.
Spreadsheet & Word Processing: Creating accurate documentation, logs, and routine overviews using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Database Maintenance: Navigating basic database structures to maintain record consistency and remove formatting anomalies.
Hardware & Peripheral Operation: Operating computer hardware, peripheral devices, and remote digital communication tools effectively.
Quality Control: Applying strong attention to detail to audit datasets for errors prior to final entry.
Experience Profile: Proven background as a Data Entry Clerk or in an equivalent administrative, computer-based role.
Typing Speed & Technique: Fast typing capability; knowledge of the touch typing system is strongly preferred.
