Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a hands-on Data Engineering Lead to guide our data team and shape the next stage of Oxford’s enterprise data platform. Reporting to the Director of Data Operations, you’ll lead a team of two to four engineers while remaining closely involved in architecture, development, troubleshooting, and delivery.

Oxford’s data environment spans Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Your mandate is to connect those ecosystems thoughtfully, reduce redundancy, and build a clear path

Qualifications

• Five or more years of data engineering experience, including at least two years leading engineers formally or as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers through clear priorities, project planning, code reviews, coaching, and career development.
