Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a senior data engineering leader to guide and develop a team responsible for our Microsoft Fabric platform in the United States. You will shape the platform with a roadmap across Azure services, drive modernization, and own end-to-end data pipelines including Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Data Factory workflows.

The role demands strong hands-on Fabric experience, deep SQL (T-SQL) and Python skills, and a proven track record of leading engineers.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of data engineering experience, including at least two years leading engineers formally or as a technical lead.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric in production and working knowledge of Azure data services.
• Advanced T-SQL, Python, and experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers through clear priorities, project planning, code reviews, and coaching.
• Own the platform strategy across Azure and Microsoft Fabric, creating a roadmap to consolidate or retire redundant components.
• Build and mature Oxford's Microsoft Fabric platform, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory pipelines, and OneLake.
