Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related data discipline with increasing scope and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data Engineering & Analytics team, mentoring and developing engineers and analysts.
• Design, implement, and maintain data products using Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow, and BigQuery.
• Own intake and prioritization, triage requests, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Guide development of predictive and prescriptive analytics, including ML models and clustering.
