Job summary

FuturHealth is seeking an analytics engineer to own data end-to-end—from ingestion to modeling in dbt and exposing trusted data to stakeholders. You will design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, govern the semantic layer, and collaborate with analysts to turn business needs into clean data solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as analytics engineer or data engineer.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, dbt, and modern data modeling.
• Experience with large-scale data systems (BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Familiar with CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated testing.
• Proficient with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for BI.
• Adaptable and able to leverage AI to accelerate coding.
• Experience enabling AI-driven analytics for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Own the dbt models and datasets that serve as the source of truth for metrics.
• Govern the semantic layer to keep definitions consistent across reporting surfaces.
• Implement testing and observability for analytics pipelines.
• Partner with analysts to gather requirements and deliver clean solutions.
• Run analyses and deep dives on KPIs, releases, and experiments.
• Take end-to-end ownership from scoping to production.
