Job summary

SHI One is an exciting team within the Advanced Solutions Group of SHI that is building new digital experiences for our internal users, customers and partners.

The Engineer will design and develop data pipelines and analytics solutions, collaborating with data engineers, scientists, and AI engineers to deploy enterprise-scale analytics. You will transform raw data into reusable assets and help establish a new data engineering practice within the Product organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field required.
• 5+ years in a similar data/engineering role with analytics focus.
• 5+ years Python and SQL experience required.
• 5+ years of C# and/or Java experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and AI engineers to deploy enterprise analytics.
• Transform raw data into reusable analytics assets using modern platforms.
• Apply data quality, version control, and deployment best practices.
• Troubleshoot data and software issues and implement improvements.
• Partner with architects to integrate analytics within broader designs.
• Maintain documentation for data processes and workflows.
• Support data-driven decision making with analysis and insights.
• Assist in developing a long‑term data platform architecture strategy.
