Job summary

SHI International Corp. is building a new data engineering practice within SHI One. The Engineer will design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows, partnering with data teams to deliver analytics solutions and centralized data assets.

You will guide designs, ensure data quality, and document processes while collaborating across business units to shape a long-term data platform architecture. This role focuses on data engineering leadership and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a similar role.
• 5+ years with Python and SQL.
• 5+ years with C# and/or Java preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines and software solutions for data engineering and analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and AI engineers to deploy enterprise-scale analytics solutions.
• Transform raw data into reusable analytics assets using modern data platforms and tools.
• Ensure data quality, version control, and deployment best practices.
• Document software and data processes and support data-driven decision making.
