Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in IT discipline including portfolio strategy and roadmap development.
• 3+ years leadership in IT disciplines.
• 3+ years management/supervisory experience in IT.
• Demonstrated leadership and experience managing multidiscipline teams.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Experience working with customers to develop solutions to complex business problems.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to flexible, high-stakes environments.
• MBA (preferred)
• Financial Services industry experience
• Experience in IT planning and business relationship management
• Experience working in a matrix management organization
• Experience with product development and management

Responsibilities
