Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in IT including 5+ years in an IT discipline (e.g., CRM, portfolio strategy, roadmap development).
• 3+ years of leadership in IT disciplines with project accountability.

Responsibilities

• Review technical solution design and architecture; provide guidance.
• Participate in system design discussions to land delivery approaches.
• Ensure code reviews and promote best practices; stay updated on industry trends.
• Promote idea sharing and learning across teams; anticipate technology impact on business.
• Support agile practices; participate in sprint demos and product strategy alignment.
• Partner with Product Manager on initiatives, features, and epic outcomes with technical clarity.
• Define engineering standards and advocate for engineering discipline and observability.
• Oversee vendor evaluation and build vs buy decisions; manage technology platforms.
• Provide coaching and career development, 1:1s, and performance feedback.
