Job summary

Exactius LLC is seeking a growth-focused partner success professional to join our remote, globally coordinated team. You will own partner metrics, read performance data, and craft plans that expand value across paid, CRM, and cross-channel initiatives.

You will collaborate with marketing, growth, and BI squads across time zones, ensuring health and profitability for partners. A hands-on background in growth, analytics, and client-facing strategy is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on growth marketing experience in SaaS or MarTech environments.
• Strong understanding of acquisition channels, funnel optimization and scaling.
• Proven ability to read performance data and translate it into plans.
• Experience working with customers, partners, or growth-focused accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own partners' metrics and KPIs, driving plans to hit and beat targets.
• Act as strategic advisor, finding new value inside Exactius' capabilities.
• Project-manage operations to ensure delivery against KPIs.
• Maintain regular communication to surface issues and opportunities.
• Ask why questions to build real relationships and trust.
• Use data to evaluate partner health and identify pain points early.
• Advocate for solutions that increase long-term partner value.
