Job summary

Reliance Matrix in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Data Conversion Analyst within the internal IT department to support client launches by converting historical data for new clients and ensuring a smooth claimant and Operations experience.

You will analyze and prioritize requests, perform data mapping and loading into the leave management system, lead data conversion projects, and collaborate to resolve issues using a strong insurance claims background and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience with data transformation tools including Excel.
• Analytical skills to review issues and drive resolution.
• Prioritize business requests and manage multiple tasks.
• Proven problem solving and customer service orientation.
• Experience with data quality control and insurance claims administration.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete requests from a ticketing system.
• Convert customer data for loading into the Reliance Matrix leave system, including file mapping and data loading.
• Lead data conversion projects and work independently.
• Review complex client data to ensure successful client launches.
• Research and respond to customer inquiries, coordinating with teammates to resolve issues.
• Document communications and maintain triage status in the ticketing system.
• Manage and elevate critical issues and communicate project updates.
