Job summary

Reliance Matrix seeks an IT data specialist to support client onboarding by converting historical data into the leave management system, loading client data, and ensuring a smooth transition for new client launches.

The role requires 1–2 years of data transformation experience, familiarity with Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills. Insurance familiarity is a plus. Hybrid work options may be available in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience with data transformation tools including intermediate experience with Excel.
• Insurance Industry experience with claims administration is a plus but not required.
• Must have analytical skills and be able to independently review issues and problems to a successful resolution.
• Quickly understand and prioritize business requests.
• Proven ability in problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Customer service orientation with commitment to the company’s mission and putting the customer first.
• Proven experience with Data quality control.
• Broad knowledge of Insurance claims administration.
• Well organized with strong attention to detail.
• Competent communicating to Business users and Account Management.
• Experience supporting a large-scale computer application with user assistance is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the business impact of requests in a ticketing system to properly prioritize and complete requests.
• Analyze customer requirements and apply that information to convert customer data to load into the Reliance Matrix leave management systems.
• Lead data conversion projects independently.
• Review, analyze and decide on complex client data for successful client launches.
• Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding product functionality or system issues; gather details and coordinate resolutions.
• Document all communication and maintain status of triage actions in the ticketing system.
• Manage and prioritize customer issues, elevating critical items as needed.
• Communicate project updates across the organization.
