Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Professional level certifications in Data Centre technologies (e.g., Cisco, NetApp, EMC).
• Moderate experience in call center routing, VOIP, security/firewalls, networking, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients identifying and resolving incidents.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve problems using service assurance tools.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of dependencies and configuration items (CIs).
• Record and close incidents with required detail in ticketing systems.
