Carrier seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Area Manager to lead national data center service operations across the United States and Canada. You will drive profitable growth by coordinating maintenance, repairs, modernization projects, and lifecycle solutions while delivering exceptional customer experience.

The role requires strong business acumen, knowledge of data centers, and ability to coordinate multiple markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years HVAC operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years in service ops, sales, project execution, or business leadership.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams across geographic markets preferred.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, SAP, and service-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations for national data center customers.
• Coordinate execution of sales commitments, maintenance, repairs and projects.
• Partner with strategic account leaders to drive growth.
• Maintain site-level customer relationships and uphold service standards.
• Forecast and report revenue, margin, backlog, and risks.
• Ensure safety and continuous improvement across markets.
