Ladders is seeking a Site Strategy Manager for Data Center Sites (Remote, US). You will guide site selection, early development, and strategy aligned with budget and schedule while collaborating with engineers, planners, consultants, clients, and public stakeholders.

The role emphasizes feasibility studies, regulatory compliance, and long‑term data center growth with a focus on building strong teams and optimizing performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• Licenses such as Professional Engineer, Architect, or Land Planner are preferred.
• 12+ years in land development, infrastructure, or project management is desired.

• Develop and lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, planners, and consultants.
• Build trust with clients, local communities, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and evaluate land opportunities for long‑term data center growth.
• Be accountable for project results, including adherence to budgets and schedules.
