Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in critical facilities, data centers, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of NFPA, Uptime Institute standards, redundancy configurations, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Critical Environment Gap Assessments (CEGA) for data centers and mission-critical facilities via non-intrusive inspections of MEP systems.
• Evaluate electrical power systems (UPS, generators, PDUs, ATS), cooling (CRAH/CRAC, chillers), fire suppression, and building automation.
• Assess equipment condition, redundancy (N, N+1, 2N), and compliance; identify single points of failure and deferred maintenance.
