Job summary

Hyper Solutions is seeking a Sales Project Manager – Data Center Infrastructure to bridge Account Executives, customers, and engineering teams in delivering mission-critical electrical solutions for data centers.

You will coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external partners, forecast needs, manage project execution, and support proposal delivery. Travel up to 25% is required; a collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in project management and sales support in electrical infrastructure.
• Experience with data center power infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Support proposal development and customer project tracking.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and risks on active projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate project data in CRM, ERP, and reporting systems.
