Clean Harbors- HPC-Industrial is seeking a Data Center Sales Engineer to drive profitable revenue growth across designated coverage areas. Experience in Data Centers and Industrial water is highly preferred.

This role requires travel up to 50% and flexibility to work remotely, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer relationships. The candidate will develop strategic market plans, negotiate opportunities, and own revenue targets while collaborating with local sales, operations, and service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s (Engineering) preferred.
• 3–5 years relevant experience; sales experience required.
• Experience selling to Data Center and/or General Contractor preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the top priority and adheres to safe work practices.
• Develops and implements market strategies, penetration, and objectives.
• Leverages industry knowledge to propose, negotiate, close revenue opportunities and build long-term relationships.
• Analyzes customer requirements and market drivers to deliver aligned products at optimal pricing.
• Owns designated accounts and revenue responsibility.
• Documents all sales calls, visits, and opportunities with accuracy.
• Collaborates with sales, operations, and customer service to grow revenue.
• Manages sales expenses and ensures timely submission of expenses.
