Qualifications

• Datacenter experience preferred is a plus.
• US Citizenship required; 40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop RFPs and budgets; oversee pre-bid activities.
• Manage design phases and construction documents.
• Lead project meetings and maintain milestone schedules.
• Coordinate with design-build contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Submit monthly financial reporting and forecast cash flow.
